We finally had some decent weather for our meets this week, too bad not everyone was able to compete. We had a lot of PRs at our meets this week and we are excited for more this week.
Congrats to the following for hitting State Q marks at the Tiger Trials: Bryce Maggi and Jake Fitton in Long Jump and Amari Calloway in the 100m and 200m.
This week we have Timpanogos and Lehi coming to our place for a Tri-Meet, in which our entire team will be competing. We will take a smaller group to the Wildcat Invite at Woods Cross on Friday. 1:10 p.m. for buses departure time on Friday.
All of the athletes will be checked out of school a little early on Wednesday so that we can start the meet at 3:00 p.m..
3rd Quarter Report Cards need to be uploaded to registermyathlete or athletes cannot compete!
We would love some parent help putting on the meet. Please let the coaches know if you are able to help out. Here are some things we can use help with:
Concessions
Clerking at the starting line
Running results from the finish to the box
Helping with field events (Javelin, Shot Put, Discus, Pole Vault).
We will especially need a lot of help to put our Twilight Invitational on on May 7th. We have 14 schools coming to this meet. The entire team is expected to be there to either compete or help or both.
