Eligibility

Eligibility is due ASAP no later than February 23 for the "Ready for Tryouts" section.  Follow the steps listed and complete the necessary requirements in order to compete this season.  All eligibility paperwork is done on Akivate/RMA and any receipts of payment (uniforms) need to be turned into Coach Barnes.

Everyone is expected to have registermyathlete completed before coming out Monday February 23rd for practice, this includes adding your 2nd quarter report card, Birth Certificate, and a current physical.  Once you have finished RMA (Ready for Tryouts for Track and Field) and we have a roster, fees will be added to skyward after the first week and you will be allowed to pay your fees of $100 for participation and the $90 for your uniform.  These fees will not be added to skyward to pay online, or in the Main Office, until RMA is completed and the season has started.  You will have until February 23 at 1:00pm to complete all eligibility requirements, but please do not wait until the last minute.  

Participation and Uniform fees will be added week 2 when we have our roster, please do not call the Main Office to add fees before this time.  Fees will need to be paid in order to get a uniform, and before the first competition. Uniforms will be given out the week of the first meet, not before.

Again all of RMA should be completed, with the exception of the participation fee, before tryout day February 23th.  In other words this should be done and RMA should say "ready for tryouts" before our first official practice.

 

Note: If RMA is not competed and ready for tryouts, you will not be allowed at practice.

   Grades minimum is 2.0 with no more than one F or No Grades

Uniforms - There will be a fee of $90 once the season starts.  This can be paid in the main office or on skyward.  Again, you must have completed your eligibility in order to receive your uniform.  Coach Barnes will give uniforms out at practice before the first meet. We are getting new Nike jerseys and uniforms this season, so everyone will need to purchase these.  They are to keep and use for completions only.  Again, Uniforms are for competing only and should not be worn at practices!  Old uniforms may be worn at practice.

Spirit Packs are approx. $150-$250 for the base pack, extra items can also be purchased. This will be done this year on the team store. Parents and family can also buy gear there.  The team store will reopen for the first week of practice.
