Region 2 Championships and May 5th-10th

Last week was a big Track week for us with JV Region on Wednesday and BYU Invite on both Friday and Saturday.  We had a lot of athletes pop out and do well and it was fun to see improvements, especially by those who worked hard this season. BYU was a long two days, but we did get some PRs, State Qualifiers, some overall placers and winners, and a State Record.

This week is the Region 2 Championships will be on Wednesday and Thursday at Copper Hills.  The Wednesday meet starts at 3:00pm and Thursday will start at 1:00pm.  Buses will leave at 1:50pm on Wednesday and 11:50am on Thursday.  Athletes will be checked 45 minutes before buses leave.  Note that NO more driver/rider forms will be allowed the rest of the season, athletes will ride the bus to and from Region and State as a team.  The only exception will be for an athlete who has a later AP test on Wednesday, but this will need to be approved through Coach Barnes.
