Bingham vs Mountain Ridge, April 14-19

We have a home meet Wednesday at Mountain Ridge vs Bingham at 3:00 p.m..  Athletes are expected to compete in multiple events that day and help run the meet.  Athletes should be present the entire meet, either competing, helping, or cheering on their teammates in different events.  No one should leave early!  It is supposed to be the a decent weather day.  We would love some parent help for this event!  Please contact the coaches if you are able to help.

We will get athletes out of school at the same time as if we are going to a Region meet on the bus, so that everyone can help get ready for the meet and warm up.  9th graders will get checked out at 2:00pm.

3rd Quarter Report Cards need to uploaded to RMA as soon as they are out.  Please do this so you aren't held out of meets.

Also, a reminder to athletes and parents that practice is not an optional thing.  If athletes want to be able to compete and remain on the team, they need to be at practice everyday!  We seem to have some athletes showing up to practice whenever they feel like it, and this will result in them being cut if it isn't fixed today.

Congrats to the following for hitting State Q marks this past week at Farmington: Carly Trujillo -Discus, and Girls 4x100 Relay (Britni Ott, Jane Hadley, Nat Shober, Lexi Jarvis).

Congrats to the following for winning over all this past week at Farmington: Carly Trujillo -Shot Put, Adam Wightman - Pole Vault.

Congrats to the following for setting new school records: Ryder Gatten - Javelin, Sam Dockter - 300m Hurdles, Lexi Jarvis - 100 and 300 Hurdles, and the Girls 4x100 Relay (Britni Ott, Jane Hadley, Nat Shober, Lexi Jarvis). We did have a few Grade Level records change as well.

We will send some athletes to compete at Davis on Saturday, only those who qualify and can work around Prom. We will likely do driver/rider forms and not take a bus since athletes will be coming and going throughout the day.
